What to Expect at Your Puppy’s Vet Visits:
Visit 1 (6 weeks)
- Physical exam
- First distemper and parvo combo vaccine
- Intestinal parasite analysis
Visit 2 (9 weeks)
- Physical exam
- Second distemper and parvo combo vaccine
- Bordetella vaccine
- Intestinal parasite analysis
- Start parasite prevention
Visit 3 (12 weeks)
- Third distemper and parvo combo vaccine
- First leptospirosis vaccine (if necessary)
- Second dose of parasite prevention
Visit 4 (16 weeks)
- Fourth distemper and parvo combo vaccine
- Rabies vaccine
- Second leptospirosis vaccine (if necessary)
- Third dose of parasite prevention
- Discuss spay or neuter and pre-op blood work
- Discuss county license
